To foster collaboration among leaders in the travel industry who, by sharing knowledge and insight, help to push forward the frontier of the online travel experience.

What is TravelCom?
TravelCom is the only eCommerce conference designed by the travel industry for the travel industry. TravelCom elicits the most actionable, practical and current insights from the industry’s most senior thought leaders and speakers. Their expert knowledge offers insight and research into the entire travel distribution and eCommerce food chain; including distribution, strategy, marketing and technology tool sets. TravelCom is owned by the U.S. Travel Association and is being produced by Vantage Strategy.

TravelCom 2010:

We surveyed hundreds of attendees and exhibitors from the last two years and took action by building this year’s conference around the voices of the industry. With a fresh new look and an abundance of energy, TravelCom has been redesigned to have a stronger focus on online marketing, social media, mobile media and online commerce strategies. TravelCom is known as the conference where actual business gets done, and though its look has changed, this year will be no exception.

Through redevelopment, we have extended TravelCom’s usual repertoire to also include major media agencies. The content of the conference has been strategically positioned and coordinated to enhance your personal engagements with industry leaders, influential buyers, agencies and companies. Along with personal interactions, you can be sure to see more interactive sessions, power-packed keynote speakers, and an entire day dedicated to live, hands-on demonstrations on social and mobile media. These steps of redevelopment are sure to prove a higher return on your investment.

With an expected attendance of almost 400 people, attendees can expect to run into a few familiar faces! Representatives from government and state tourism offices, convention and visitors bureaus, associations and destinations from all over the world will be taking advantage of TravelCom’s unique opportunities.
